Restoring Hope Ministries
Guided by the Biblical principle of “loving our neighbours”, Restoring Hope provides shelter and support for the complex needs of youth experiencing homelessness in Ottawa; the shelter is in the basement of First Baptist Church Ottawa.
Matthew House Ottawa /Refugee Services and Furniture Bank
Matthew House Ottawa is a faith-based organization that helps Ottawa’s marginalized and refugee population to establish connected, safe, and healthy homes, through providing shelter, food and also refugee settlement assistance.
Multifaith Housing Initiative
The Multifaith Housing Initiative seeks to build affordable housing to enable at-risk people to move into secure, safe homes.

Canadian Baptists of Ontario of Quebec
The Canadian Baptists of Ontario and Quebec (CBOQ) is the affiliation of Baptist Churches organized to equip churches and leaders to engage with their mission from God in their community.
The Ottawa Baptist Association
The OBA is an affiliation of Baptist Churches in the greater Ottawa area working together on common projects with a common purpose.
Centretown Churches Social Action Committee
CCSAC is a collective of 22 churches in downtown Ottawa that aims to unite Christians through joint participation in social projects and prayer. Its main project has been oversight of the Centretown Community Food Centre (CCFC), which is a food bank serving Centretown, Old Ottawa East, Old Ottawa South and the Glebe. CCSAC's mandate also includes advocacy for social justice, especially issues relating to poverty.
Discovery University
Discovery University, under the aegis of the Ottawa Mission, allows people living on a low income to participate in non-credit, university-level Humanities and Social Sciences courses at no cost. First Baptist Church Ottawa was a partner in the establishment of Discovery University.
Algonquin College Campus Ministry
The Algonquin College Campus Ministry welcomes all students and staff, offering Christian counselling, prayer, bible study and fellowship.
Spiritual Care in Secondary Schools
Spiritual Care in Secondary Schools operates within the Ottawa Carleton District School Board to provide emotional support and spiritual care for all secondary school students and staff.
