R. Barry Reed Memorial Choral Internship

Established in memory of R. Barry Reed, the newly founded Choral Internship at First Baptist Church is intended to support a student in their musical studies while offering an opportunity to develop as a choral musician.

The Internship, currently valued at $1000.00 per year, is available to university students studying towards a degree in music, or advanced high school students. The chosen candidate will sing with the choir from September to May, and would be expected to demonstrate commitment to their choral duties, playing a full and enthusiastic role in the choir.
