Bruno and Kathleen Soucy are our Partners in Mission.

Bruno and Kathleen have served with CBM since 2006, first as GFS in Rwanda and since 2014 as Latin America Team Leaders. Bruno and Kathleen Soucy support CBM’s Field Staff, church partners and programs in Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Cuba. They also are developing new partner relationships, especially in El Salvador and Guatemala. After living for four years in Bolivia, they are currently based in San Lucas, Guatemala. Bruno and Kathleen are passionate about working with local churches in Latin America to develop sustainable growth and transformational impact in their communities. With our Canadian churches they are working to help develop their mission efforts and church engagement, locally and globally, through meaningful short-term mission experiences and partnership possibilities in Latin America.

Bruno has broad experience in technical and management roles in Agricultural Credit in many areas of Canada. He has a passion to help program staff and partners grow in their understanding of the local church’s role for increased impact and transformation in their community.

Prior to joining CBM, Kathleen worked in agricultural research, in Pregnancy Resource Centers in Ontario, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick, and as an area manager for the Canadian Cancer Society in New Brunswick. She has a passion for global discipleship, especially helping to develop appropriate short-term mission programs for donors and churches.

Bruno and Kathleen have three married children – Caroline & Jonathan Selig, Laura & Jonathan Vokey and Benjamin & Elissa Soucy, and seven grandchildren.
